Homemade Swiss Roll

                    There was some cream leftover after making the ice-cream.  *Headache, I don’t want any leftover in the fridge ......aiya, so I baked a sponge cake and got rid of the cream. 

                     Bake a sponge cake, whip & chill the cream, then spread the whipped cream evenly on the cake, spread the mango slices, and roll...roll...roll a cake.
