       【井底之蛙】   井底之蛙， 坐井观天，曰天小者， 非天小也。

        说的就是一只住在井底的青蛙，它从来没有离开过呢口井外出。每天无所事事，==> 就是没事干 ，  没电视看，没游戏机玩，没电脑上网，哪。。。它只好抬头望天。天天的在看，结果， 它发现了。。。啊! 原来天空就只有井口这麽大!

        天空真的只有井口那么大吗?  因为它从来没有外出，所以它不知道外面世界，原来是海阔天空。

        【井底之蛙】是用来形容/比喻见识少，目光狭窄。
这个。。。我懂    😑

       这个嘛。。。我孤陋寡闻，才疏学浅，不懂。  😕

       事实上，香港露宿街头的问题，并非去看两三天，就可以了解。     

       就文中[。。。根据香港社会福利署最新数据，截至去年底，香港有663名露宿者，其中大学生占整体露宿者的2%，预科生及中学生更是占了40%。。。。]，  663?  太少了吧!  两倍就差不多。May be more than double.  [大学生占整体露宿者的2%] 应该是指大学毕业，拥有大学程度的人仕, 预科生及中学生是指拥有预科及中学程度。 不然，40%预科生及中学生。。。才十多岁，就要露宿街头!? 太悲惨了，不是吗!

        要知道，香港露宿者不等于乞丐，他们白天工作，部分更月入过万(港元)，但是负担不起昂贵的住宿。 另外低收入露宿者， 每天在生活边缘挣扎。  对于这种情况，这样过活的人，用【井底】 来形容/比喻， 适当吗?  这个。。。我不懂。  😕  

      尚没毕业，焉知人情冷暖，世途险恶， 哪个是井底!?  这个。。。你又懂吗?

Mushroom Bonsai

           It is said that the "mushroom bonsai" are in hot sale  in PRC.  Do you know the many mushrooms with growing media are also sold in local supermarket?

Homemade Fish Paste

          To make the fish paste, I'd like to add in the finely chopped spring onion, parsley, and chilli.  The  ingredients are fish meat, egg white and sweet potato starch.   The seasoning is salt and white pepper.
          The fish paste can be pan-fried as fish cake or can be stuffed with tofu, or vegetables like chilli, capsicum, bitter gourd and brinjal.

        $25.00 nett/pax for the weekend dinner.  Quite honestly, the food is limited in both choices and supply.  Refill of food is rather slow.
