The price, what I think, is reasonable. This one I bought was about
800+g and it cost me 18+ bucks, even cheaper than a white pomfret.
I steamed this fish for about 10min with high heat.
Get rid of the juice,ginger...etc, add in spring onion, coriander leaves and pour in hot oil.
