东坡肉
春节期间吃了蛮多肉, 东坡肉是其中一道。它是江南传统春节名菜。
我的做法是整条五花肉出水后,用黄酒、老抽、料头和冰糖炖制、放凉。 然后放冰箱一晚,隔天拿出,除去油,肉切块,连肉汁一起装入碗里,盖上小碟,隔水再蒸上25分钟便成。
