          在超市看見有新鮮韓國人參,六年參,不是很大,約三、四吋長。買了一盒用來煲湯。湯料還加了北芪、黨參、淮山等。

Tai Cheong Bakery ( 泰昌餅家 ) @ Holland Village

            末代港督肥彭最愛這家的蛋撻,最近登陸島國,並在家附近 開了一間分店。(其實都不算好近!😅😁)

            某個周日回家途中,心想去走個圈買幾個蛋撻回家嘗嘗。眼見那條人龍不長,十個八個這樣,應該很快吧。

           @!#$%^&*😠排了一個鍾。停車費都蝕埋!

           蛋撻好吃嗎?新鮮出爐蛋撻當然好食。老實說,以前香港有好多茶室/冰室都有這個水準。 記得小時候,老爸間中會叫我落街買新鮮出爐的菠蘿包、雞尾包、蛋撻或椰撻。。。唉俱往矣!往事只能回味!
