I like these bali thai food, esp the asam curry fish head and the tahu telur  (deep-fried tofu)

Crackers dipped with chilli sauce (appetiser)

Tahu Telur 

Deep fried tofu and egg mixture and served with special sweet sauce + chopped peanuts

Wheels on Wheels

Came across these on the way... the giant wheels are most likely for the airplanes.  Altogether 3 container trucks together with 3 auxiliary police bikes transported 3x3 pairs of these super giant wheels.

Chirashi Sushi

Prepare the chirashi sushi my way and it's yummy.

Ingredients

• Short grain rice

• Flying Fish Roe

• Seasoned Scallop

• Seasoned Seaweed

• Salmon Roe

• Mix of Fresh Sashimi 

• Wasabi and Sesame (option)

Mix of Fresh Sashimi including salmon (sake), swordfish (mekajiki) and yellowtail (hamachi)

Steps

• Cook the short grain rice and let it cool down

• Simply add in the above ingredients the way you like :)

• Mix well and tuck in

bowls of chirashi sushi prepared by the younger, DH  and me ;)

Try it!  It's quick and easy, and  most important, it's delicious !

Fresh Water Aquarium

One of our fresh water aquariums is a 3 feet tank, mainly for fresh water plants and some small fish like neon tetras and guppies.

Marine Fish Aquarium

We have 3 tanks altogether, 1 marine tank and 2 fresh water tanks with gold fish and some tropical fresh water fish and plants.

Our marine aquarium is a 5 feet tank mainly housing fish with live rock and some very common soft coral, tube worms and sea anemone.

Note: all the marine inhabitants were brought from marine ornament farm.

My favorite pet :)

Baby Emperor Angelfish which we had brought about 10 years ago. This poor baby was about an inch long at that time. We had to 'quarantine' it for about a week  in order to keep it away from other adult fish and let them to get familiar with this baby.

Juvenile

Adult, it grows even bigger than my palm now!  Can you see the colour transition?

Damselfish is usually a bully fish but look like my damsels getting harmony with my tangs and clowns

This blue damselfish changed its colour from bright blue to dark when it's getting old

I found the clown hiding in the anemone very cute
