Chirashi Sushi

Prepare the chirashi sushi my way and it's yummy.

Ingredients
  • Short grain rice
  • Flying Fish Roe
  • Seasoned Scallop
  • Seasoned Seaweed
  • Salmon Roe
  • Mix of Fresh Sashimi 
  • Wasabi and Sesame (option)


Mix of Fresh Sashimi including salmon (sake), swordfish (mekajiki) and yellowtail (hamachi)
Steps
  • Cook the short grain rice and let it cool down
  • Simply add in the above ingredients the way you like :)
  • Mix well and tuck in
bowls of chirashi sushi prepared by the younger, DH  and me ;)
