Home made Steamed Cha Shao Bao 叉烧包
It's easy to steam a fluffy white bao (bun), but it's not easy to make it burst or open flower (开花)。 A good cha shao bao is not only fluffy but burst beautifully.
May I present to you my home made cha shao bao :)

after...still have room for improvement!
few baos did burst but not beatifully ;(
This is what I want :)
