Tim Ho Wan 添好运 @ Westgate

          A One Michelin Star Dim Sum Restaurant from Hong Kong, is always with a long snaky queue at the lunch time. We went there on weekday off peak hour (about 1:00pm) and had to wait for 15min+ .   This dim sum restaurant is actually a very traditional HK style cafe (cha can ting 茶餐厅) with squeezy stool-seatings, fast food style serving and overpriced.  Personally, I consider it is too much exaggerated on the star.

Baked Bun with BBQ Pork (Cha Shao )

Chicken Feet with Savoury Abalone Sauce

Yum Dumpling with Chilli Crab Meat
          A thumbs down dish! The filling has none of the yum, crab nor chilli favor! Don't know what I have eaten 😑

Wasabi Salad Prawn Dumpling

Steamed Prawn Dumpling 虾饺 $5.50++

Steamed Beef Balls with Beancurd Skin
          Another disappointing dish, the beef balls are too fluffy though I like its strong sun-dried tangerine peel taste.

Steamed Dumpling Teochew Style

Steam Rice with Chicken, Mushroom and Chinese Sausage
          Another thumbs down  as the rice was sodden and mushy, too much water and overcooked.
