Sichuan Style (Ma La ) Steamboat Buffet 四川麻辣火锅

Today is Father's Day and we wanna  avoid the crowded shopping mall and try something new. 
There  is a new Sichuan style steamboat buffet restaurant in west coast.

Some of the food we have ordered
pork slices, fresh black fungi, tofu and  meat(pork) balls  (clockwise)

dumplings, fish slices, beef tripes (牛肚or 牛百叶 ), beef slices

chicken slices, mix dish ,mutton slices and  fish balls

mix dish with fish, prawns, luncheon meat and fish ball, veggie (chinese spinach 蕹菜 and shanghai white cabbage 小棠菜), clams(蛤 ) and beef slices

hot pot with 2 soup base, one is chicken broth and the other is spicy ma la soup
with lots of sichuan pepper  花椒

 It seems the boss is willing to spend $$ on renovation and decorations ;
even their chairs get logo
