It is home tradition to have stewed pig's leg during the Chinese New Year. But it's really too much in portion to stew a whole leg. Besides, the stewed knuckle is too greasy. So the thought of 2 dishes from a fish (一鱼两吃) has struck me. I told the butcher to chop the pork trotter into pieces and kept the whole knuckle. These are my two dishes from a pig's leg. @.@
