Homemade Roast Duck

                    While I wonder whether or not having a roast turkey for Christmas,  DH told me that his hometown has roast duck, not roast turkey, for the festive feast.  他乡下唔食火鸡，兴食烧鸭过圣诞嘅!   Okay, I got it!  This roast duck is especially made for DH.   😍
