If the oncoming vehicle thinks he has the right of way and he doesn't slow down at the junction, and the right turn vehicle makes the wrong judgment, then "the right turns on right lights" can be a fatal trap. Always bear in mind that "going a few seconds faster may lead you going to the wrong destination".
