Stir Fry Beef With Bitter Gourd 苦瓜炒牛肉

Is it only me?  I used not to eat bitter gourd, I disliked its bitter favour.  However, as I'm getting older, my taste buds change.  Now I do cook and really like its special taste!
Bitter gourd can be used to fry egg or meat.  It can make soup as well.
