Chicken Pie




Pastry ingredients
  • Cake flour 100g
  • Bread flour 50g
  • Butter 80g
  • Sugar 20g
  • Salt 2g
  • Water 16g (Mix all the above, then water the last)
Reminder
  1. This recipe can make 6 pies (  Ø3" or Ø75mm disposable mini pie pans )
  2. Cut in the butter with fingertips or pastry cutter or 'pulse' function for food processor.
  3. Water must be the last to be added.
  4. DON'T over mix  the pastry.
  5. Wrap the dough with cling plastic and put it in the fridge for 30min.
  6.  Preheat oven at 200C
  7.  Bake at  200C for 25min.
