Homemade Bread/Bun (Old Dough Method)

          Add this post into my recipes page, so I need not to hunt the reference book from the bookshelves.

Ingredients: 400g flour  (bread flour, plain flour, wholemeal or a mix of them)
                       30g sugar (can be honey or brown sugar)
                       1 teaspoon salt
                       2 teaspoon dry yeast
                       250cc milk (or water)
                       100g oatmeal (optional)
                       50g old dough
                       40g butter
                       
Preheat oven at 200C
Bake at 200C for 12-13 min
The dough can make 10 buns
