Miso Hamachi Fish Head With Tofu

          Many people, especially ang moh, don't eat fish heads.  I was always told,"fish heads, the things that we throw away".  Hmm...what a waste!  By the way, hamachi fish head is not cheap, 20 bucks for half cut.
