Cereal Prawns in Chinese is 麦片虾， not 麦皮虾or 燕麦虾. It is the instant cereal (original flavor) that we used in this dish, not oatmeal. Cereal refers to those made from wholemeal wheat and corn grit.To make the cereal mix, I prefer to add in salt, sugar, milk powder to the instant cereal.
Adding in some deep-fried curry leaves will dramatically make the dish to an advanced level.
