Found the tenderloin promotion in the supermarket, so I , the kiasu auntie (又叫怕输大妈 😁 ), elbowed my way to buy a big piece. DH likes onion and I prefer scallion. 各取所好. I made 2 different bowls plus miso soup and this was our simple lunch.
